It's not every day you find yourself sipping tea at Buckingham Palace, but that's exactly what happened this week!

Our CEO, Louise Adams, was absolutely thrilled and honoured to be invited to represent Love4Life at the Royal Garden Party on 5th May, and what a day it turned out to be. As if the occasion itself wasn't special enough, she was treated to the company of not just one, but five members of the Royal Family: King Charles, Queen Camilla, the Princess Royal, and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. Not a bad guest list!

We don't do the work we do at Love4Life for the recognition (the girls we support are reason enough), but moments like this are a wonderful reminder that what we do matters. To be there, representing the incredible young women we work with, felt truly special.

One day you're having tea with the King, the next you're back at the table planning the annual fundraiser. And honestly? That feels just about right.

A once in a lifetime moment, and one Louise won't be forgetting any time soon!
