Her work is centred on empowering individuals and organisations to grow with purpose, clarity, and confidence. She became a trustee for Love4Life (Twenty Twenty) because its mission deeply resonates with her own values and purpose. The Charity’s mission to support and inspire young people reflects her own belief in the power of guidance, opportunity and positive role models to transform lives. She has always believed that every young person deserves the opportunity to feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys exploring the outdoors, meeting new people, and taking on new challenges that stretch her comfort zone whether that’s hiking a new trail or learning a new skill. She's equally happy sharing ideas over a good coffee as she is facilitating a workshop or mentoring leaders. Karen Lamb Karen works in an all-through school in the city. She thoroughly enjoys the job she does as she has the pleasure of spending time with young people who ‘say it how it is’. She thrives on honesty and straight talking. She also loves a challenge. As a trustee, she brings her lived experiences from childhood, teaching and parenting, both birth and foster children to Love4Life (Twenty Twenty). It has always been a passion of hers to be inclusive, stand up for injustice and advocate for others so they can feel validated and find their voice. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys camping and festival going. Sunday mornings you’ll find her open water swimming come rain, shine, snow or frost! She just loves being outside in the fresh air and preferably near water. Manage Cookie Preferences
