Help 1000 Vulnerable Young Girls Donate Help 1,000 Vulnerable Young GirlsHelp us raise £1 million to change the lives of 1,000 vulnerable girls across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Derby.“I will no longer self-harm. I am learning to feel better about myself. I deserve to be happy and I am proud that I am still alive.” – CaitlinRight now, young women across the East Midlands are facing a crisis. From a staggering rise in mental health disorders to the fact that 9 in 10 girls experience gender-related bullying, the pressure is immense. Yet, shockingly, only 2% of UK grant funding goes to women and girls' charities.Love4Life (Twenty Twenty) is stepping into that gap. Partnering with businesswoman, entrepreneur and mother of three, Stacey Ferguson-Czersovski, we are launching the ‘Help 1,000 Girls’ campaign to ensure no girl in our region has to navigate her world alone.Confidence changes the trajectory of a girl’s life. Together, we can empower 1,000 girls to transform fear into confidence, uncertainty into courage and dreams into reality. Every girl deserves the chance to shine from within.Your support makes these transformations possible. In their own words: “I’m learning to believe in myself more. I deserve to be listened to. I deserve to be alive – I no longer cry myself to sleep.” – Jessica “I am proud of how far I have come. I am becoming more myself and will no longer let people push me around. I am learning to take care of myself.” – Leonie “I want to keep working on myself and feeling good. I am worth more than people think I am. I am strong and fearless and I don’t let other people bring me down.” – Layla “Since starting college, I’ve really been reflecting on how far I’ve come – from not even leaving the house to now attending every day. Thank you for giving me a space where I can be myself and for helping me make friends and gain confidence I never thought I could have. If I compare how I used to be to now, it’s unrecognisable. What you have done for me is something I’ll never forget.” – Mimi “People say she is ‘just a youth worker’, but she promised I would never be alone and kept that promise. She stayed when my world fell apart and helped rebuild every part of it. She listened when I had no one else. She is more than a youth worker – she is someone who came into my life and promised to be different.” – Casey Stacey Ferguson-Czersovski Manage Cookie Preferences
